1. Return or replacements are accepted only in their original packaging with the tag still attached and unused conditions.
2. Send us an SMS on 9801262626 within 24 hours (Use the same phone number used to place this order)
3. To exchange–Type EX your order number (For e.g. EX XXXX)
4. To Return-Type RE your Invoice number (For e.g. RE XXXXX)
5. Our representatives will get back to you after receiving you SMS.

Terms and Conditions:

In case of the item defective, not as described, missing accessories, size mismatch or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements.

In cases where you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, a reprocessing fee equivalent to the delivery amount will be applicable to the product amount (if you want to refund). For replacements, additional delivery charges apply.
Refunds will only be possible through online banking. In other cases, you can either opt for a replacement or drop by our office at Putalisadak Kathmandu or nearby customer service center in your area to get the refund.
